| Dan Kamdar, AES President - Mr. Kamdar founded Affordable Engineering
Services (AES), a high technology company, in 1996. He has 35 years of Aerospace
and Military related experience, including 25 years at the Boeing Company.
Additionally, he has earned MBA, MSEE and BSME degrees. He has also provided
significant contribution to projects such as Delta Launch Rocket, F-18 and
F-15 Fighter Aircraft, C-17 Transport Aircraft, Harpoon Missile, Helicopter
Mast Mounted Sight, and the International Space Station.
Pete Dubas, Sr. VP of Engineering – Mr. Dubas headed the Mechanical Engineering department and Environmental Test labs at Honeywell International Corporation and L-3 Communications. He has 35 years of experience in leadership to Engineers conducting Mechanical Design, Thermal Design and Analysis, Environmental Testing, ECAD (Electronic Computer Aided Design), MCAD (Mechanical Computer Aided Design) , and Configuration Management. Some of the programs in which he played key roles include the X-33 Space Plane, Improved Star Scanners, MLRS, F-16, F-18, and B-1 Avionics, Hubble Space Telescope, Space Shuttle IEA, and the Saturn Rocket Inertial Guidance Platform for all lunar landings. Jason Kamdar, VP of Business Operations – Mr. Jason Kamdar has over 18 years Aerospace & Information Technology experience, including 12 years at the Boeing Company. He has held Senior Business and Planning positions on the Delta Launch Rocket program, as well as Financial Controls/IT assignments for Phantom Works, Space Station, and the Core Business Operations group. His leadership contributions have been recognized within finance departments as well as for internet development and electronic database projects. Rex M. Doll, VP of Business Development – Mr. Doll has 39 years experience in logistics and aerospace maintenance; he is a retired United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant where his Twenty-Seven year career involved an extensive background in Command Operations, Program Management and Trending & Diagnostics. After his retirement as the USAF Air Mobility Command Propulsion Superintendant he entered the aerospace industry with Raytheon Aerospace/L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace for 10-years as a Business Development, Marketing and Capture Manager, where he was directly responsible for multi-millions of dollars in captured contracts for the Department of Defense as well as major corporations such as The Boeing Company.
